- 2 red grapefruits (extract juice, yield about 2 cups)
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1/2 tsp Jamaican allspice berries
- 1/2 cup (118 ml) water
- 2 tbsps honey (or to taste)
- Combine grapefruit juice, cinnamon, allspice, and water in a pot.
- Bring to a boil over high heat, then strain to discard solids.
- Add in honey to taste and serve.
