  • 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 14 oz (397 g) minced pork
  • salt & pepper (to taste)
  • 3/4 cup homemade sugar-free ketchup
  • 2 tbsps water
  • sweetener (to taste)


  1. Preheat vegetable oil over medium heat in a non-stick skillet.
  2. Add in chopped onion and bell pepper, and cook until softened and lightly browned.
  3. Add in minced pork, season with salt and pepper, and cook until lightly browned.
  4. Add in ketchup, water and sweetener, mix well and bring to a boil.
  5. Remove from heat and transfer to a serving dish.
  6. Serve as topping for low-carb pasta or spaghetti squash.
