Gluten-Free Light Cake Flour Mix | dietplan-101.com
This is the gluten-free version of superfine cake flour which is suitable for baking light and fluffy cakes, such as chiffon cakes. It can also be used to bake normal butter cakes. Simply replace normal cake flour with this gluten-free cake flour from gram to gram.
- 5 oz (140g) Tapioca Starch
- 5 oz (140g) Rice Flour
- 5 oz (140g) Corn Starch
- 1 tbsp potato flour
- 1 1/4 tsp Xanthan gum
- Combine all ingredients
- Shake vigorously until well combined
- Keep refrigerated for later use.
