This is a simple and easy-to-prepare smoothie recipe (Atkins Diet-friendly). Combine all ingredients, pour into a blender, and process for a delicious frozen drink made from silken tofu, coconut milk, and raspberries. You can substitute any type of frozen berries for raspberries. It’s Atkins-friendly!

Tofu is made by curdling soy milk and pressing it into solid white blocks. Soybean curd, as it is also known, is high in protein and low in calories. Atkins Tofu-Coconutmilk-Raspberry Smoothie


  • 4 oz (113 g) silken tofu
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1/3 cup ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 sachet sweetener


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until very smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass and garnish with some extra berries.
  3. Serve immediately.
