Sometimes it can be expensive to buy a whole bag of oat flour when you only need a small amount. You can make your own oat flour from your kitchen easily and inexpensive. Most of us already have oats in our kitchen.

  • Rolled oats, old-fashioned oats, quick oats or instant oats (they are all processed oats with different cut and pressed and have the same nutritional value)
  • You also need a flour sifter and food processor or coffee grinder.
