gluten-free flakes porridge


  • 1/2 serving of brown rice flakes
  • 1/2 serving of buckwheat flakes
  • any dried fruit (to taste)
  • some nuts (e.g. walnut, pecans, almonds)
  • skim milk (to taste)


  1. Put the flakes and dried fruit into a saucepan.
  2. Add in an amount of hot water just enough to cover the food.
  3. Cook on low heat for a few minutes, and keep stirring (add more water if needed) until it becomes porridge.
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl, and add nuts and milk.
  5. Serve hot.
