Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour Mix |

Make your baking gluten-free with this all-purpose flour mix recipe. The easy-to-make blend can be used as a substitute for regular flour in cookie and cake recipes, making it simple to create delicious homemade treats for all your friends and family members.

Use 5 oz (140 g) of this mix for every 1 cup of all-purpose bleached white wheat flour called for in normal recipes.


Recipe 1:

  • 1 cup brown rice flour
  • 1/2 cup sweet rice flour (glutinous rice flour)
  • 1/2 cup potato starch
  • 1/2 cup tapioca flour

Recipe 2:

  • 1 1/2 cups brown rice flour
  • 1 cup white rice flour
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup potato starch
  • 1/2 cup tapioca flour


  1. Sift all flours together and mix well to combine.
