- 1/2 tsp grated orange zest
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 3/4 tbsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- salt & pepper (to taste)
