Ingredients:

  • 8 oz (227 g) lean ground turkey 93/7
  • 2 cups boiled water
  • 1 cup unsweetened tomato juice
  • 1 beef/chicken bouillon cube
  • 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup sliced cabbage
  • 1/2 cup sliced carrot
  • 1 stalk (5″) celery (sliced)
  • 3 tbsps chopped onion
  • 1 cup (1/2″ pieces) green bean
  • salt & pepper (to taste)

Instructions:

  1. Lightly brown ground turkey in a non-stick pan.
  2. Put all ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on low for at least 4 hours.
  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Serve.
