Low Carb Cauliflower White Rice is an easy-to-prepare low-carb substitute for rice. Made with cauliflower, Cauliflower rice has a similar texture and taste to regular white rice. It’s a great way to enjoy your favourite Asian recipes with fewer carbs.
Ingredients:
- 11 oz (310 g) cauliflower (cut into small pieces)
- 1 tbsp oil
- salt & pepper (to taste)
Instructions:
1 Put cauliflower pieces in a food processor and pulse until it has the texture of coarse grains.
2 Preheat oil in a large skillet, add in cauliflower rice, and season to taste with salt & pepper.
3 Cook cauliflower rice until it reaches your desired tenderness.
