This article will also suggest some meals plan for both of these phases.

Check out the diet rules and meals plan for phase 3 and phase 4, the final two phases,

Phase 1: Attack Phase / Pure Protein Day

During this phase, you will jump-start your metabolism to facilitate rapid and huge weight loss. On average, dieters will lose 4 to 6 pounds (or 2 to 3 kg) within a week. You are only allowed to have lean or fat-free protein foods, i.e. 64 animal proteins and 4 vegetable proteins. Therefore, Phase 1 is also known as the Pure Protein (PP) Phase. You have to drink at least 2 liters of fluid, which can be plain water or unsweetened drink. Besides dieting, you should add mild physical activities to your daily life, such as slow walks and climbing stairs.

Phase 2: Cruise Phase / Protein-Vegetables Day

You will slow down your weight loss in this phase. You will lose weight gradually until you’ve reached your true weight. The length of this phase will be different for each individual as it depends on the amount of weight to shed as well as personal condition. In general, it is calculated as 2.2 pounds (or 1 kg) of weight loss a week. Besides the 68 allowed proteins, you can have 32 allowed vegetables on alternate days. Therefore, Phase 2 is also known as Protein-Vegetables (PV) Phase. Drinking plenty of water and daily mild exercise should be continued.
