- 2 Apples
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 230°F or 110°C.
- To begin, wash the apple and slice thin (1-2 mm).
- Next, mix the apples with salt and cinnamon in a large bowl until they are coated.
- Bake apple in preheated oven for 1 hour, flip and bake for another 1 hour or until crispy.
Tips: Use Mandoline Slicer for uniform and thin slices. Use a baking sheet or the chips will stick to the pan. Remove from oven then let it cool to room temperature before serving.
