My Favorite Healthy Apple Crisp Recipe

This is a simple apple crisp recipe with only 3 ingredients, it is delicious and great for people with food allergies. This apple crispy chip is vegan-friendly, gluten-free, and dairy free.

Ingredients
 
 

  • 2 Apples
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 230°F or 110°C.
  • To begin, wash the apple and slice thin (1-2 mm).
  • Next, mix the apples with salt and cinnamon in a large bowl until they are coated.
  • Bake apple in preheated oven for 1 hour, flip and bake for another 1 hour or until crispy.

Tips:
  • Use Mandoline Slicer for uniform and thin slices. Use a baking sheet or the chips will stick to the pan.
  • Remove from oven then let it cool to room temperature before serving.
