This dip is perfect for your next party. It’s also great with crudities or on top of lettuce leaves. For Phase 1 Atkins followers, this dip contains no carbs and is low in fat as well.

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 1/2 tbsps crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tbsps chopped scallion
  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic


  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.



This recipe yields 3/4 cup (12 tbsp) of dip. 
Each serving is 2 tbsp. (0.6 g net carbs)
