  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup water or instant chicken broth
  • 1 ½ tbsp butter
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 cup potato flakes

Instructions
 

  • Combine milk, water, seasoning ingredients, and butter in a saucepan and bring to a boil, or heat the mixture in the microwave for 4 to 5 minutes on high heat (1000w).
  • Add in potato flakes and stir until you have a creamy and smooth mashed potato.
