Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb 450 g ground beef
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta
  • ½ medium tomato chopped
  • 2 tbsps chopped green onion
  • ½ cup baby spinach chopped
  • ½ tbsp dill weeds preferably fresh
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, crumbled feta, chopped tomato, chopped green onion, chopped baby spinach, and fresh dill weeds. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
  • Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions, then shape each portion into a patty.
  • Preheat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
  • Fry the beef patties in the pan for a few minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
