Ingredients
  

  • 2 can tuna drained
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup diced onion
  • 1 egg beaten
  • tsp Salt and pepper or to taste
  • 2-3 tablespoons vegetable oil for shallow frying

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine drained tuna, breadcrumbs, diced onion, beaten egg, salt, and pepper.
  • Use a fork or your hands to mix everything together until well combined.
  • Divide the mixture into 4-6 portions and shape each portion into a patty about ½ inch thick.
  • Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Once the oil is hot, add the tuna patties to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
  • Place the tuna patties on a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess oil.
  • Serve the tuna patties with tartar sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
