Ingredients
  

  • 1 can of tuna drained
  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup of diced celery
  • ¼ cup of chopped onion
  • tsp Salt and pepper to taste about ⅛ teaspoon
  • 4 Sliced bread
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Sliced tomato

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, diced celery, and diced onion. Stir until well combined.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste, you may add about ⅛ teaspoon.
  • Toast the bread slices (optional). By toasting the bread, you can achieve a crunch and a golden-brown exterior, creating a texture that contrasts well with the creamy tuna salad.
  • Spread the tuna salad mixture on one slice of bread.
  • Add a layer of lettuce leaves on top of the tuna salad.
  • Top with sliced tomato.
  • Cover with the other slice of bread.
  • Cut the sandwich in half, and serve.
